The Craven Collection is a hand-tufted area rug based on designs by Leanne Ford and made in collaboration with Loloi. Ford sketched classic stripes and checkerboards with an organic, free-flowing hand. The design comes to life with subtle space-dyed wool in creamy neutrals and rich, earthy tones. This collection is made of wool in India and GoodWeave-certified, ensuring our commitment to ethical production and the support of weavers’ communities. Some shedding is expected and a natural characteristic of wool rugs; we recommend vacuuming frequently without a beater bar.

Care Instructions: Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, white dry sponge or cloth. Professional cleaning recommended. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. Expect shedding. Vacuum regularly. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum the full length of the rug, turn, and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

Free standard shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 10 to 20 business days depending on your location and the item. Larger pieces such as furniture and oversized wall art can take longer.

Every order is sent with tracking, and we email the tracking number as soon as the order leaves the warehouse.

Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the item arrives back with us and passes inspection, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund it at our cost.
