Shipping

Free shipping over $35

Standard shipping is free on every order over $35. Orders under $35 are charged a flat shipping rate that is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are checked and prepared within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 10 to 20 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and the item ordered.

Larger and heavier pieces such as furniture, oversized wall art and rugs can take longer than the standard window. If an item is running behind, we will email you rather than leave you guessing.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with your tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after it is issued.

Orders with more than one item

If you order several items, they may be packed and shipped separately and arrive on different days. This is normal and you are not charged extra for it. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and reshipping costs may apply.
